Facilities Manager( Camps and Administration)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10years of Proven experience in facilities management , preferable with a focus on managing camps and maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of safety, health and environment regulations related to facilities management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance programs and facility asset management.
- Proficiency in managing administrative functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using facility management software and computer aided facility management ( CAFM systems)
