Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meeting
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Prepare communications , such as memos, emails , invoices , reports & other correspondence.
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports & Instructional Documents
  • Create and maintain filling systems , both electronic & Physical
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Organizational Skills and ability to multitask
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
