Civil – Foreman

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI
• With at Least 3-4 years of experience in the Facilities Management Industry.
• Able to execute preventive , and corrective works and attend emergency works.
• Team player , Planning and Delegation skills, Result – oriented.
• Well- knowledgeable about wall / floor tiles installation and maintenance / Painting / Design & AutoCAD.
• Welding maintenance industrial ( Metal gate, metal Door, metal grill/ Minor and major civil works rectification.
• Knowledgeable about carpentry works ( finishing and maintenance )
• Site Location : Al Qudra
