Receptionist cum Secretary

We are looking for a versatile Receptionist cum Secretary to run our reception area. In this role you will be required to welcome visitors and answer calls , scheduling appointments , handling inquires and managing mail and deliveries.

To ensure success as a receptionist cum Secretary, you should exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration.

Responsibilities:
  •  Welcoming clients and visitors upon at reception and perform initial screening of clients.
  • Attend meetings and type minutes.
  • Answer phone calls , take notes / messages and redirect calls when appropriate
  • Maintain and update inventories of contact details.
  • Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
  • Answering ,Screening and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Directing the flow of mail . faxes and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
  • Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
  • Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Assisting with copying , scanning , faxing , emailing , note-taking and travel bookings.
  • Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff.
  • Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • should be available to join immediately.
  • should be available in Doha – Qatar with valid QID
  • Should provide NOC & Sponsorship change
