Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business Administration or equivalent Professional Experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Compensation and benefits function. GRP qualification preferred.
  • Geographic experience preferred.
  • Computer skills: Good knowledge of Office and web applications
  • Business Fluent English
  • Knowledge of the development and management of rewards strategies and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of best compensation and benefits practices locally and internationally
