We are now recruiting Manpower and Compensation Specialist for Doha. Please apply only if you match with below listed criteria’s
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business Administration or equivalent Professional Experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in Compensation and benefits function. GRP qualification preferred.
- Geographic experience preferred.
- Computer skills: Good knowledge of Office and web applications
- Business Fluent English
- Knowledge of the development and management of rewards strategies and data analysis.
- Knowledge of best compensation and benefits practices locally and internationally
