Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration , or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR and payroll
  • Proficiency in payroll processing, labor laws, making SIF files, and WPS.
  • Process and Manage end-to end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee inquires related to payroll, deductions and benefits
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional mathematical skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
