HELPDESK OPERATOR

We’re looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join our team, Candidates must have relevant experience in UAE FM companies.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge & experience in the Facilities Management Industry is preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a similar position in a reputable facilities management company in UAE.
• Good verbal & written communication & Customer service skills
• Good Knowledge of the CAFM system (FSI)
• Ability to perform administrative duties.
• Sufficient Skills of Microsoft Office ( Mainly Excel)
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
