Front Office- (Female-Receptionist)

Key responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct then to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Salary Range: QR 3,000 – QR 3,500


Other Requirements:
  • should be available in Doha- Qatar with valid QID.
  • Should Provide NOC & Sponsorship Change.
  • Should be available to join immediately
