Front Office- (Female-Receptionist)
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct then to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Salary Range: QR 3,000 – QR 3,500
- should be available in Doha- Qatar with valid QID.
- Should Provide NOC & Sponsorship Change.
- Should be available to join immediately
